Spritz Party with Saison Aperitifs: Sunday 3 May.

Helmed by Dave Verheul (of Melbourne cult favourite, Embla), Saison is a seasonal aperitivo company built for drinking well.

Each bottle starts with a single ingredient at its peak, layered with wild herbs, fruit and flowers. No essences. No shortcuts. Just really good aperitivo. 

Dave will be behind the bar with the team at Bar Miette, slinging Saison spritzes all afternoon, with DJ Dingo Balearico on the decks.

Bookings encouraged. Walk-ins if there’s room.
